Order Confirmations and ship to address:
After your order is received in most cases we will email you before shipping out, confirming that the order was receive and that it
will ship to the address that was provided in your PayPal payment. We will respond to your paypal purchase email. If you use a
different email you will need to contact us as we will only have your PayPal email.
We will not be responsible for any lost shipments regardless if its carrier error of if the wrong address is provided by the
purchaser. You may purchase shipping insurance, just
contact us. We will work with you on lost orders. To date we have not had any lost orders and would like to keep it this way.
Please make sure you always provide us with your correct ship to address.
If you do not agree with any of our shipping terms, please do not order from our site. These shipping terms and conditions are not
negotiable.
Current shipping times
All our ready to go products are in stock and will ship on average 1-3 days after payment is received and cleared. You will be
contacted within 48 hours with any shipping delays.
Int'l orders need address confirmation by email before we ship your items. We will contact you after order is placed.
International orders may take anywhere from 7-30 days to arrive, depending on your destination. We have no control over this
once package is shipped, so your patience is appreciated.
**All custom gear orders are custom made for you, approximate ship date is 2-4 days after payment and once all details are
confirmed. We might reply to your paypal email with questions in regards to your order if any details are missing, please check
your email** Your order will be pending until we get your reply.
- All International shipments are final. You must provide correct ship to address and phone#.
- All orders ship via USPS International Mail: 1st class. Priority and Express available upon request.
- USPS only provides a customs # for International shipments, there is NO tracking information.
