If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we can assist you with the Retrun/Exchange process. We will accept
returns or exchanges on most products as long as the merchandise is in new condition(never been installed/mounted - retail box
opened), complete with all original packaging, and back in our possession within 20 days of purchase.
If there is a problem with your package upon delivery, please notify us ASAP at modernmodz@yahoo.com or
carmod50@yahoo.com .
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please Note: You must report all product concerns to us within 5 business days of receipt of product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom, specialty parts or electrical parts. Exchanges might be possible which will
be determined on a case by case basis.
International Orders: Returns are not accepted on International Orders. If an exception is made buyer if fully responsible for
returning the product safely to us.
